About the role#
The Merchandising Buying Internship offers an introduction to retail and fashion operations. You will work directly with the merchandising team to support daily business functions and gain experience in the buying process.
What you'll do#
- Assist the team with day-to-day business operations.
- Organize and gather samples for meetings.
- Maintain the sample collection.
- Help with reporting tasks and purchase orders.
- Monitor market trends and the competitive environment.
- Communicate with the vendor community.
What you'll need#
- You are an upcoming junior, senior, or recent graduate in Merchandising, Business, Marketing, Operations Management, or Supply Chain Management.
- You have a strong academic record.
- You have a strong fashion sense and a clear interest in products.
- You can use Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel effectively.
- You are self-motivated and maintain a positive attitude.
- You have open availability for at least a few days per week and can work 20-25 hours.

- This is an on-site internship located in Knoxville, Tennessee.
- The term for this role is Fall 2026.
- This is a paid, full-time position.
