Fall 2026 AS Home Merchandising and Marketing Internship

About the role#

The Merchandising & Marketing Internship provides hands-on experience in the retail sector, focusing on the intersection of buying, merchandising, and home marketing. Interns will support daily business operations, contribute to digital marketing initiatives, and assist in developing product assortment strategies while working alongside cross-functional teams.

What you'll do#

• Assist with vendor relationships, purchase orders, reporting, product sourcing, and production tasks.
• Help develop marketing content for social media, email campaigns, website updates, and promotional materials.
• Conduct market and trend research to identify customer insights, competitive activity, and emerging fashion trends.
• Monitor campaign performance and assist in preparing reports with data-driven recommendations.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including Design, Product Development, and Sales.
• Stay informed on industry trends and consumer behavior.

What you'll need#

• Current status as an upcoming junior, senior, or recent graduate pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Art, Graphic Design, Merchandising, or a related field.
• Availability to work a minimum of 20–25 hours per week.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Google Sheets.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
