Fall 2026 People Development Intern

About the role#

The People Development Intern will support the team in various tasks related to onboarding, employee relations, and operations. This role provides hands-on experience in systems, performance management, and compliance, allowing the intern to contribute to day-to-day operations and broader strategic initiatives.

What you'll do#

• Support employee relations activities, including responding to inquiries and assisting in conflict resolution.
• Handle administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, updating databases, and preparing reports.
• Participate in projects and initiatives that support the overall People Development strategy.
• Gain exposure to various programs and initiatives to build a general human resources skill set and enhance business acumen.

What you'll need#

• Current status as a junior, senior, or recent graduate with a strong academic record in Human Resources or Business Administration.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented approach with strong organizational capabilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
