Fall 2026 Hospitality Learning & Development Intern

About the role#

The Hospitality Learning & Development Intern supports the creation, development, and execution of training programs designed to enhance the associate and guest experience. Working alongside the People Development team, this role contributes to onboarding programs, hospitality initiatives, leadership development resources, and communication tools. This internship offers hands-on experience in instructional design, training development, and organizational development.

What you'll do#

• Create training materials that align with company culture, brand standards, and learning objectives.
• Assist with writing facilitator guides, discussion prompts, role-playing activities, and participant exercises.
• Develop training content that supports hospitality, guest engagement, and service excellence.
• Research and recommend innovative learning strategies and engagement activities.
• Support the design of presentations, training collateral, and communication materials.

What you'll need#

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Communications, Hospitality, Business, Education, Journalism, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Attention to detail and strong proofreading skills.
• A creative mindset with a passion for learning and development.
