Fall 2026 Procurement Intern

About the role#

The Procurement Intern will support procurement operations for windows, activations, and experiential projects. This role provides hands-on experience in sourcing, budgeting, logistics, and vendor coordination, offering exposure to cross-functional teamwork and procurement strategy.

What you'll do#

• Assist in sourcing vendors, gathering quotes, and comparing pricing and quality.
• Maintain vendor communication, track order statuses, and support issue resolution regarding product quality or delivery.
• Partner with teams to prepare allocation plans and distribute assets based on store requirements.
• Track project budgets and monitor actual versus planned spend.
• Update procurement dashboards with data on shipping costs, damages, replacements, and other key metrics.
• Coordinate shipping schedules, freight details, and delivery timelines.
• Support data analysis, trend identification, and the preparation of financial summaries.

What you'll need#

• Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Business, Operations, or a related field.
• Ability to work a minimum of 20-25 hours per week with open availability for a few days.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, macros, and scenario modeling.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Location & details#

• This is a paid, full-time internship based on-site in Knoxville, Tennessee.
• The term for this position is Fall 2026.
