About the role#

The Graphic Design Internship at Altar'd State offers hands-on experience within a professional fashion retail setting. You will work alongside the design team to produce digital and print content that supports marketing strategies, social media, and website initiatives while ensuring brand consistency.

What you'll do#

• Collaborate with the design team to create graphics for digital and print materials, including marketing collateral, website assets, and presentations.
• Brainstorm and contribute design ideas that align with company branding and marketing objectives.
• Edit and retouch images to meet project requirements, maintaining high quality and consistency.
• Organize and maintain design files and assets for team accessibility.
• Coordinate with marketing and social teams to ensure designs effectively communicate intended messages.
• Stay current with industry trends and design tools to refine your professional skills.

What you'll need#

• Currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Art, Media Studies, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Strong creative and conceptual thinking skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• A portfolio showcasing your design work.
