The Guest Services Intern will assist the team with training, workforce planning, and daily operations. This role focuses on supporting departmental goals through technical maintenance and team development within a retail corporate environment.
What you'll do#
- Develop and implement an electronic training program for all new Guest Services hires.
- Manage system configurations and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure customer service tools and platforms function smoothly.
- Provide guidance, training, and coaching to team members to improve service delivery and performance.
- Assist with additional projects and duties as assigned by management to support departmental initiatives.
What you'll need#
- Current status as an upcoming junior, senior, or recent graduate with a strong academic record in Business Administration.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace applications.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to work effectively within a team.
- Open availability for a few days per week, with the ability to work a minimum of 20-25 hours.
