About the role#
The Associate Experience Intern supports associate appreciation, guest engagement initiatives, and mission-driven programs for both the Home Office and field teams. This role focuses on creating experiences that celebrate associates, strengthen company culture, and foster a sense of belonging. The intern will assist in planning events and developing creative recognition programs that ensure team members feel valued and connected.
What you'll do#
- Assist with planning and executing associate appreciation initiatives and recognition programs.
- Support employee engagement activities, celebrations, and special events.
- Help coordinate event logistics, communications, and materials for Home Office and field events.
- Assist with hospitality details that elevate the attendee experience.
- Partner with Home Office departments and store teams to support culture-building initiatives.
- Support special projects focused on hospitality, guest experience, and associate engagement.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Hospitality, Event Management, Communications, Marketing, Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Passion for hospitality, events, culture, and serving others.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
