Fall 2026 Associate Experience Intern

About the role#

The Associate Experience Intern supports associate appreciation, guest engagement initiatives, and mission-driven programs for both the Home Office and field teams. This role focuses on creating experiences that celebrate associates, strengthen company culture, and foster a sense of belonging. The intern will assist in planning events and developing creative recognition programs that ensure team members feel valued and connected.

What you'll do#

• Assist with planning and executing associate appreciation initiatives and recognition programs.
• Support employee engagement activities, celebrations, and special events.
• Help coordinate event logistics, communications, and materials for Home Office and field events.
• Assist with hospitality details that elevate the attendee experience.
• Partner with Home Office departments and store teams to support culture-building initiatives.
• Support special projects focused on hospitality, guest experience, and associate engagement.

What you'll need#

• Currently pursuing a degree in Hospitality, Event Management, Communications, Marketing, Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Passion for hospitality, events, culture, and serving others.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
