Job Description: Who You’ll Work With:AB Private Credit Investors (“AB-PCI”) is the private corporate credit investment platform of AllianceBernstein. AB-PCI manages $26+ billion of capital and advises private credit and equity funds for institutional and high net worth investors. AB-PCI provides unique and flexible capital solutions to private corporate borrowers across various industry sectors to support debt financing needs for acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, refinancings, and growth investments. We seek to deliver attractive risk-adjusted investor returns by investing in unitranche, first lien and second lien debt, as well as private equity co-investments and structured preferred stock.
