About the role#
The Adobe Sales Academy is a multi-phase program designed to develop sales talent from a Business Development Representative (BDR) into an Enterprise Field Account Executive. This internship offers experience in sales operations, prospect engagement, and pipeline management across Adobe's Marketing, Creative, and Document Clouds.
What you'll do#
- Nurture inbound leads through the early stages of the buyer journey.
- Identify qualified opportunities for Field Account Executives through outbound prospecting.
- Call on CXOs and senior-level executives to drive target market penetration.
- Follow up on marketing-generated leads, including webinar and event participants.
- Maintain proactive relationships with partners associated with your opportunities.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly pipeline generation targets.
- Build and maintain professional internal and external relationships.
What you'll need#
- Current full-time enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program for Sales, Business, Marketing, or an equivalent field.
- Expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
- Availability for a full-time internship between May and September 2027.
- A history of consistent over-achievement in past positions.
- Understanding of basic sales methodologies.
- Experience owning a quota or performance-based delivery is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including experience crafting business messages.
- Technical aptitude, self-motivation, and a results-oriented mindset.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to listen well.
