About the role#
As an Accounting Services Intern, you will join our team to assist with accounting and consulting engagements. You will gain hands-on experience through our onboarding and training program. We expect interns to reach a first-year staff level by the end of the program. There may be an opportunity for a full-time position once the internship concludes.
What you'll do#
- Provide support on accounting and consulting engagements.
- Assist team members with client work including account reconciliations and general ledger entries.
- Perform analytics and forecasting tasks.
- Handle other duties as assigned.
What you'll need#
- Current Accounting major with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Undergraduate degree completed before the start date or currently in your final year.
- Progress toward meeting education requirements for CPA certification with a plan to pass the exams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with QuickBooks Online is preferred.
