About the role#
This Behavior Analysis Practicum is for students currently enrolled in an accredited master's program who are close to completing their fieldwork requirements. You will work in a center-based setting to provide early intervention therapy for children between 18 months and 13 years old. This role is a full-time position that offers supervision hours and a path toward becoming a BCBA.
What you'll do#
- Provide early intervention therapy in a center-based environment.
- Implement individualized treatment plans and collect data for each child.
- Develop clinical skills under the direct supervision of a BCBA.
- Collaborate with BCBAs and the broader care team.
- Dedicate 8 hours per week, outside of direct care, to complete BDS modules.
- Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining the team.
What you'll need#
- Proof of enrollment in an accredited master's program in Psychology or a related field.
- Completion of 85% of your required fieldwork hours (1700 of 2000 hours).
- All restricted hours must be completed.
