About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027 based in New York City. You will support the operations team in the environmental services industry. The role is entirely on-site.
What you'll do#
- Learn the operational side of the transaction process.
- Help the team manage timely product delivery to clients and from vendors.
- Ensure all transaction information is accurate.
- Assist in the creation of management reports.
- Work with the internal credit team to verify that client and vendor account balances remain in good standing.
- Support internal contract generation and external contract review.
- Monitor and follow up with internal and external parties to ensure contracts are executed correctly.
- Collaborate with different teams to address operational needs.
What you'll need#
- Current undergraduate student with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
- Major in Business Administration or Economics.
- Strong numerical skills and critical thinking abilities.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Ability to communicate ideas clearly and build working relationships.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Interest in environmental commodity markets and the energy transition.
- A proactive, resourceful, and positive approach to work.

- Pay: $30 to $40 per hour.
