About the role#
As a Process Excellence Summer Analyst, you will join a team focused on solving complex business challenges. You will work directly with clients and company leaders to drive transformation and improve organizational performance. This internship program runs for approximately 10 weeks, starting in June 2027. You will gain hands-on experience by applying technology and data-driven strategies to real-world projects.
What you'll do#
- Solve business problems using modern tools and technology.
- Develop and deliver a final internship project and presentation.
- Support strategic development, process improvement, and organizational change initiatives.
- Analyze data to uncover insights that inform business decisions.
- Define opportunities, project roadmaps, and operating models.
- Conduct internal and external interviews to gather information.
- Develop business cases for strategic transformations and track value realization.
- Gain exposure to AI, cloud platforms, and advanced analytics.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and August 2028.
- Preferred fields of study include Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, or Supply Chain Management.
- Prior internship or professional work experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with data visualization and analytics tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Ability to work comfortably in ambiguous situations.
- Demonstrated communication skills and a proven ability to collaborate effectively.
- Initiative, resilience, and a sense of accountability for your work.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid internship.
- This role is strictly on-site. You will work from our offices, client sites, or delivery centers to facilitate in-person collaboration.
