About the role#
As a Sales Digital Tools & Technology Intern, you will gain practical experience by supporting ABB operations and working on various projects. This position reports to the Sales Systems Manager. You will participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and collaborative efforts while seeking feedback from your manager and team to improve your skills.
What you'll do#
- Support all sales digital processes required by the business.
- Resolve system issues and enhance performance for sales programs and transactions.
- Evaluate and improve sales transactional processes to ensure efficiency and minimize risk.
- Maintain the integrity of processes and documentation for internal audit compliance.
- Learn the internal audit process, including roles and control responsibilities.
- Identify solutions for clients by leveraging insights about customer needs and ABB offerings.
- Ensure effective coordination and timely completion of project tasks.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor or master degree program in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering in the United States.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without company sponsorship now and in the future.
- Critical thinking skills to analyze complex situations and develop strategic solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at once while maintaining quality standards.
- Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to collaborate with team members to share information and provide project updates.
Location & details#
- Location: Fort Smith, Arkansas.
- Work Modality: On-site or hybrid.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Employment Type: Full time.
- Compensation: $20 to $34 per hour.
- Requirements: You must have reliable transportation to and from the worksite and reside within a 50-mile radius of the office. No relocation assistance or stipend is provided.
