About the role#
This summer internship offers university students hands-on exposure to engineering within an EPC environment. You will work directly with engineers, designers, and project teams to develop solutions for industrial facilities like power generation, refining, chemicals, and manufacturing sites. This role provides experience with field operations, design coordination, and project execution workflows.
What you'll do#
- Support the design of foundations, structural steel, and reinforced concrete systems.
- Assist in developing site development deliverables such as grading, drainage, and roadway plans.
- Conduct basic structural and civil calculations under the supervision of licensed engineers.
- Check structural steel and concrete shop drawings.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support FEED and detailed design efforts.
- Perform field walkdowns to understand constructability, site constraints, and as-built conditions.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 3.0 GPA.
- Interest in leadership and personal development.
- Willingness to relocate for the internship and future full-time opportunities.
