About the role#
We are hiring for a Master's Level Paid Internship for the Spring 2027 term. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dickson, Tennessee. You will work with youth and families in their homes and communities, meaning your schedule will be flexible and non-traditional to match their availability.
What you'll do#
- Shadow counselors during home- and community-based family sessions.
- Carry a reduced caseload and implement interventions.
- Facilitate individual, group, or family therapy sessions.
- Complete accurate and timely documentation in our electronic medical record system.
- Provide transportation to various locations as needed.
What you'll need#
- You must be actively pursuing a Master’s degree in a social services discipline, such as Psychology or Criminal Justice.
- You must have a current, valid driver’s license.
- You are required to have an automobile for work purposes.
- You must provide proof of auto insurance.
