About the role#
This 12-week internship offers hands-on experience in the construction industry. You will apply your academic knowledge in real-world settings while rotating through multiple departments. This program provides exposure to different functions and shows how teams collaborate to deliver projects on schedule and achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.

What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in or recent graduation from an undergraduate or graduate program in construction, engineering, or a related field.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to travel or relocate for the summer.
- A strong work ethic, professionalism, and reliability.
- Ability to meet deadlines and stay goal-driven.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Eagerness to learn and develop new skills in construction and project management.
- Ability to take detailed notes to capture insights and instructions.
