About the role#
This 12-week internship provides hands-on experience in the construction industry. You will apply your academic knowledge to real-world projects while rotating through multiple departments. This rotation gives you exposure to different functions and shows how teams work together to finish projects on time and keep clients satisfied.

What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in or recent graduation from an undergraduate or graduate program in construction, engineering, or a related field.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to travel or relocate for the summer.

- Ability to meet deadlines and manage your time effectively.
- Eagerness to learn and develop new skills in construction and project management.
- Ability to take detailed notes and capture important instructions.
- Openness to constructive feedback and a focus on improving performance.
