About the role#
Yates Construction offers a 12-week internship program for the Summer 2027 term. This program provides hands-on experience by rotating you through multiple departments. You will see how different functions work together to complete projects on schedule and meet client expectations.
What you'll do#

What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in or recent graduation from an undergraduate or graduate program in Civil, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to travel or relocate for the summer.
- A strong work ethic, professionalism, and reliability.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage your time effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- A willingness to take detailed notes, seek mentorship, and accept constructive feedback.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team.
