Performance Coaching Intern

About the role#

This 8-week summer internship offers the opportunity to work directly with the Performance Coaching team at Xsolla. You will support the design, delivery, and improvement of internal coaching programs by blending scientific rigor with creative content development. Please note that this is a content and program support role; you will work alongside coaches but will not be conducting coaching or training sessions yourself.

What you'll do#

• Research and curate a diverse library of coaching resources, including research papers, books, and media.
• Develop practical content packages focused on topics such as mindset, resilience, focus, leadership, and wellbeing.
• Write and produce recurring content for company-wide initiatives to keep performance and growth topics top of mind.
• Plan and build materials for group coaching sessions, including agendas, reflection prompts, and discussion frameworks.
• Translate complex psychological and neuroscience concepts into accessible formats for a business audience.
• Maintain the team's presence in Confluence to ensure resources are organized and easy to navigate.
• Assist with program logistics, including scheduling, participant management, and intake coordination.
• Identify and implement opportunities to automate and streamline workflows using AI tools.

What you'll need#

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Sport, Performance, Industrial/Organizational, or Business Psychology, Neuroscience, or a related field.
• A genuine interest in human performance, coaching culture, and organizational wellbeing.
• Strong writing and communication skills with the ability to create engaging, accessible content.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and the ability to quickly learn platforms like Confluence and Jira.
• AI-savviness and a demonstrated ability to use AI tools to work efficiently.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams independently while handling sensitive information with discretion.
