About the role#
The Worcester Railers HC is seeking a Ticket Operations and Analytics Intern for the Spring 2027 term. This is an unpaid internship that requires you to receive college credit. You will work under the supervision of the Senior Manager of Business Strategy at our office in Worcester. This role involves a mix of office duties and game-day responsibilities, requiring a commitment of 6 to 12 hours per week, including nights and weekends.
What you'll do#
- Operate Salesforce CRM and Ticketmaster Archtics software.
- Perform real-time data reporting and analytics.
- Assist with game-day ticket sales experiences.
- Communicate with stakeholders by phone.
- Support various departments including Marketing, Ticket Sales, Corporate Partnerships, Public/Community Relations, and Digital Media.
- Attend community events as needed.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a college program with the ability to earn academic credit.
- Pursuit of a degree in Sport Management, Marketing, or Business Administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, with strong Excel skills encouraged.
- Basic customer service skills and the ability to multitask.
- Dependability and the ability to work in a small-office setting.
- Reliable transportation and residence in the Worcester area.
- Basic knowledge of Tableau and ice hockey are encouraged but not required.

- This position is located in Worcester, Massachusetts.
- You must be available to work at least 6 hours per week, including nights and weekends.
