About the role#
Wilson & Company, Inc. offers internships for students interested in civil engineering, planning, surveying, and construction management. What you'll do#
- Apply your classroom knowledge to active client projects.
- Assist project managers and collaborate with partners to solve complex problems.
- Work directly with our experienced engineers to support the development of the built environment.
- Participate in team activities across various company divisions.
What you'll need#
- You must be a registered Junior or Senior in Engineering, Architecture, Urban Planning, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to commute to the office, as this is an on-site position.
- Experience with MicroStation, InRoads, AutoCAD, or Civil3D is a plus, though not required.
- You must be able to manage your time between school, work, and personal commitments.

- Locations: Loveland, Denver, and Colorado Springs, Colorado.
- Modality: This is a full-time, on-site internship.
- Compensation: $18.00 to $23.00 per hour.
- Status: Paid internship.
