About the role#
Wilson & Company, Inc., Engineers and Architects is hiring a College Intern for our St. Louis office. This role focuses on Transportation Engineering, including highway, municipal roadway, and traffic engineering. You will work alongside experienced engineers to gain hands-on experience and apply your classroom knowledge to real-world projects.
What you'll do#
- Act as an active team member on client projects.
- Solve complex engineering problems.
- Assist project managers with daily tasks.
- Collaborate with partners to bring client visions to life.
- Receive hands-on and tutorial training in transportation engineering disciplines.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a Civil Engineering student.
- Interest in a career in Transportation Engineering.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to work in an office environment and commute to the St. Louis office.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Dependability and a sense of responsibility.
- Capacity to balance school, work, and personal demands.
- Ability to work under the direct supervision of a Project Engineer or Project Manager.
