About the role#
This is a paid summer internship based in Austin, Texas. You will work with our Center for Innovation team to support BIM technologies, digital design workflows, and automation initiatives. This program provides hands-on experience to help you bridge the gap between your academic studies and a professional work environment.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with various departments on challenging projects.
- Contribute to individual tasks and team projects focused on BIM and digital workflows.
- Assist with BIM and CAD management tasks.
- Support the development and maintenance of Revit-based standards, templates, and workflows.
- Follow company policies and maintain a punctual, dependable schedule.
- Take on additional responsibilities based on your experience.
What you'll need#
- Completion of at least two years at an accredited college in Architecture, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Computer Engineering, or a BIM-related technical program.
- Ability to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis without visa sponsorship.
- Solid PC skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Experience with Revit is preferred.
- Knowledge of CAD tools or digital design technology is a plus.
- Ability to work in varied environments, including indoors, outdoors, and at project locations.
