About the role#
As a Supply Chain & Procurement Intern, you will support strategic sourcing, supplier management, contract administration, and project coordination. You will report to the department manager and contribute to the operations that enable project execution. This is a paid, full-time position for the summer of 2027.
What you'll do#
- Support RFQ and sourcing activities.
- Help with supplier onboarding and documentation.
- Participate in procurement planning and project coordination.
- Track procurement schedules and supplier deliverables.
- Support data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development.
- Assist with supplier communications and meeting coordination.
- Maintain procurement records and documentation.
- Support process improvement projects across supply chain operations.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations management, logistics, project management, or a related discipline.
- You have completed your sophomore year of college.
Location & details#
- Locations: Cranberry Township, Warrendale, Blairsville, or New Stanton, Pennsylvania.
- Term: Summer 2027 (May through August).
- Work Modality: Hybrid or on-site.
- Compensation: $23.00 to $26.30 per hour, depending on experience and skills.
