About the role#
As a Fluid Systems intern, you will apply knowledge from your core college courses to engineering projects. You will work with internal departments to gather the information needed for your assignments. This position reports to the Nuclear Process and Power Conversion Systems Manager.
What you'll do#
- Perform engineering design and analysis for nuclear power plants.
- Support product engineering tasks, including fuel manufacturing, spent-fuel management, service and maintenance, instrumentation and control, and training.
- Coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
- Plan and schedule work to meet project requirements.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor's degree program for Mechanical Engineering.
- Completion of your sophomore year of college.

- Location: Cranberry Township, Pennsylvania.
- Term: Summer 2027 (May through August).
- Work Modality: Hybrid.
- Employment Status: Full-time, paid internship.
- Compensation: $25.40 to $29.00 per hour, depending on experience and skills.
