About the role#
As a Delivery Stream Engineering intern, you will support quality and technical requirements for projects, products, and service deliveries. You will assist with supplier evaluations and project reporting for the Energy Systems Portfolio, including AP1000, AP300, and eVinci products. You will report to the WBS 9 Electrical Equipment Manager.
What you'll do#
- Assist with supplier sourcing, evaluations, and the preparation of RFQ packages.
- Coordinate proposal reviews, compliance assessments, and documentation for NDAs and PIAs.
- Manage supplier onboarding, documentation submissions, and routing workflows.
- Facilitate communication between suppliers and project teams by coordinating meetings and tracking action items.
- Organize kick-off meetings and recurring project reviews, including agendas and follow-up materials.
- Support project execution through schedule updates, status reporting, metrics tracking, and maintenance of internal records.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in engineering.
- Completion of your Sophomore year of college.
