About the role#
As a Drafting Intern, you will support our engineering and production teams. You will handle data entry, revise drawings, and manage project documentation within our ERP system. This role offers hands-on experience in construction and manufacturing processes, including creating pour sheets and assisting with material procurement. You will work on-site in Waukesha.
What you'll do#
- Enter data into the Concrete Vision ERP system.
- Revise drawings as needed.
- Create individual pour sheets for production.
- Order steel, insulation, and other necessary project materials.
- Complete special projects and perform other assigned duties.
What you'll need#
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Currently pursuing a 2-4 year drafting degree.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to read blueprints and plans.
- General math skills and a basic understanding of construction practices.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to solve problems, meet deadlines, and follow project schedules.

- Note: Occasional visits to active plant and field locations are required. You must be able to wear all required PPE and navigate industrial environments.
