About the role#
The Global Organizational Leadership Development (GOLD) program offers an internship opportunity for MBA students to work alongside the Executive Leadership Team at Weatherford. You will engage with senior leaders and industry experts on major company initiatives during this 8 to 10 week program.
What you'll do#
- Support the Executive Leadership Team in driving strategic objectives and initiatives.
- Perform analysis to provide insights for implementing change and improving outcomes.
- Aid in the communication and alignment of new initiatives.
- Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion regarding executive communications.
- Complete projects to identify business improvements and customer outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and network with global business leaders.
- Present project outcomes to the Senior Leadership team.
- Apply Health, Safety, and Environment (HS&E) standards in all situations.
- Handle a challenging workload and international travel requirements.
- Receive coaching and mentoring throughout the internship.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a full-time MBA program.
- 4-6 years of relevant professional experience post-graduation.
- A degree in Engineering, Marketing, or Business.
- Background in the energy industry, ideally within an international corporate setting.
- Demonstrated analytical skills.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Resilience to meet the demands of extensive travel.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
