About the role#
The Talent Management & Learning team is looking for a Talent Development Intern for the Summer 2027 term. This role supports the administration of talent programs, the creation of learning materials, and the analysis of program data. You will help cultivate a culture of growth by assisting with training initiatives and contributing to strategic projects like leadership development and employee engagement.
What you'll do#
- Plan, coordinate, and execute employee training programs, workshops, and learning initiatives.
- Create and update training materials, job aids, and other content for employees.
- Manage training content within the Learning Management System (LMS) by uploading and organizing materials.
- Track key metrics, analyze data to measure program effectiveness, and create progress reports.
- Contribute to strategic projects focused on talent management, leadership development, or employee engagement.
- Research industry trends in talent development and suggest new ideas.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a rising junior or senior pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage project logistics and meet deadlines.
- A strong sense of accountability and ownership of tasks.
- Demonstrated commitment to integrity, inclusion, and collaboration.
- Knowledge of HRIS or LMS platforms is a plus.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
Location & details#
- Location: North Andover, Massachusetts.
- Work Modality: Hybrid. You will work from the office Monday through Wednesday and remotely on Thursday and Friday.
- Employment: This is a full-time, paid internship.
- Term: Summer 2027.
