About the role#
This internship provides an opportunity to support product data management initiatives within the Marketing team. You will work on maintaining data integrity and improving the usability of product information across the organization. This role reports to the Manager, Product Commercialization and offers hands-on experience with data governance standards and business systems.
What you'll do#
- Maintain product data integrity by following established business rules and governance standards.
- Review, cleanse, and update product information to standardize terminology and correct inconsistencies.
- Research and enter dimensional, specification, and attribute information from technical documentation.
- Identify and resolve data gaps across various databases and systems.
- Communicate data updates to internal stakeholders and external channel partners.
- Analyze data to spot trends and find opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product Management, Sales, and Operations teams.
- Document data standards, best practices, and processes.
- Participate in networking and development activities throughout the program.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor's degree program in Marketing, with rising junior status.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including experience with PivotTables, XLOOKUP, or data validation tools.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled tools for data collection and validation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Understanding of data management or product information systems.
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Ability to pass background checks and pre-employment testing.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, on-site internship for Summer 2027.
- The role is based in North Andover, Massachusetts.
- You may occasionally visit the manufacturing floor and will be required to wear personal protective equipment when necessary.
- Physical requirements include the ability to remain seated at a workstation, operate standard office equipment, and lift or carry up to 20 pounds.
