Fall 2026 Internship - Talent Marketing & Services, Baseball

About the role#

This internship provides an opportunity to support the Baseball Client Services & Marketing team. The role focuses on assisting with administrative tasks, marketing outreach, and client service needs for professional athletes. This is a for-college-credit-only internship and candidates must be eligible to receive academic credit to participate.

What you'll do#

• Support the Baseball Client Services & Marketing team with daily operations.
• Conduct cold calls and execute marketing outreach strategies.
• Create Excel spreadsheets and pitch decks to organize marketing efforts.
• Research potential marketing and NIL opportunities for current clients.
• Assist with client service requests, including travel arrangements and gift coordination.
• Prepare expense reports and maintain organized client data.
• Perform various administrative duties as assigned.

What you'll need#

• Currently pursuing a degree, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or a sports-related field.
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and professional attitude.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Prior experience in sales, marketing, or business development is preferred.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and trust.

• Location: Brooklyn, New York.
• Term: September 9, 2026 – December 11, 2026.
• Modality: Hybrid (must be able to work from the office at least once per week).
• Status: Unpaid, for college credit only.
