This internship provides support for the day-to-day operations of agents, clients, and the client service team. The role focuses on assisting with client-related sales, marketing, and account operations, including branding, accounts receivable, public relations, and social media management. This is an unpaid internship that requires the candidate to be eligible to receive college credit for their participation.
What you'll do#
- Manage daily schedules for clients and agents, including travel logistics, appointments, and marketing commitments.
- Prepare invoices, financial statements, memos, and reports using Microsoft Office.
- Track and log brand campaigns and client requests.
- Assist senior agents in managing relationships with endorsement partners and ensuring contract fulfillment.
- Create marketing materials to solicit new business and help develop client portfolios.
- Monitor social media activity and assist in executing marketing and social media plans.
- Support logistics for major events such as the NFL Draft, Super Bowl, and Pro Bowl.
- Coordinate charitable endeavors and assist with event planning and donation collection.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a college degree in marketing, communications, business administration, public health, psychology, or sports management.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office; Adobe Creative Suite skills are a plus.
- Strong understanding of social and digital media landscapes.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise sound judgment, and demonstrate initiative.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
- Flexibility in scheduling with the willingness to work nights and weekends as required.
Location & details#
- Location: Los Angeles, California (On-site).
- Term: Fall 2026 (September 9, 2026 – December 11, 2026).
- Commitment: 20 hours per week, with a requirement to be in the office 2-3 times per week.
- Requirement: Must be eligible to receive college credit for the internship.
