Fall 2026 Internship - Talent Marketing

About the role#

This internship is within the Athlete Marketing division of the Athlete Management department. You will support the Senior Vice President and the broader team in the endorsement process, gaining exposure to strategies behind athlete endorsements from both athlete and brand perspectives. This is an unpaid internship, and candidates must be eligible to receive academic credit.

What you'll do#

• Support the SVP and staff on various athlete marketing initiatives.
• Conduct cold calls and outreach to potential brand partners.
• Build and maintain spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations for outreach and pitches.
• Research prospective clients, athletes, and brand categories.
• Track invoices and assist in administrative duties.
• Participate in marketing strategy sessions and team calls.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment in a college or university with eligibility to receive academic credit.
• Preferred majors include Sports Management, Business, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, or Sociology.
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• A strong interest in sports, marketing, endorsements, and athlete representation.
• Experience with cold calling, marketing, or sales is a plus.

• Location: Los Angeles, California (On-site).
• Term: Fall 2026 (September 9, 2026 – December 11, 2026).
• Compensation: Unpaid; requires academic credit eligibility.
