Fall 2026 Internship - Team Sports Operations & Client Services

About the role#

This internship provides support to the Operations department within the Team Sports division. You will assist the Client Services team with various administrative tasks and project-based work to ensure efficient operations.

What you'll do#

• Support the Operations department with daily administrative duties.
• Prepare client payment summaries and expense reports, including assisting with receipt collection.
• Review contracts and prepare summaries for internal use.
• Scan, file, and track talent tax forms.
• Assist the Client Services team with ongoing projects as needed.

What you'll need#

• Currently pursuing a degree, preferably in a sports-related field, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, or Political Science.
• Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain high attention to detail.
• Must be eligible to receive college credit as compensation for the internship.

Location & details#

• Location: Chicago, Illinois.
• Work Modality: On-site, with an expectation to be in the office 1-2 times per week.
• Term: September 9, 2026, through December 11, 2026.
• Time Commitment: 20 hours per week.
• Compensation: This is an unpaid internship; candidates must provide proof of eligibility to receive academic credit.
