About the role#
The Grace Summer Internship is a full-time, paid program designed to introduce students to our operations. This track focuses on the Manufacturing Leadership Program, which prepares participants for a three-year rotation program after graduation. You will work on projects in areas like Engineering, Process Technology, Environmental Health and Safety, Research and Development, Maintenance, and Capital Management. This is an on-site position lasting 11 weeks from June 2nd to August 13th.
What you'll do#
- Execute a specific project related to your assigned discipline.
- Address daily business needs by creating solutions or streamlining existing processes.
- Participate in company networking and professional development activities.
- Gain hands-on experience in catalyst manufacturing and materials technology.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a bachelor's degree program for Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- You must be entering your junior or senior year with a graduation date in 2028 or 2029.
- A minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA.
- Proficiency with MS Suite.
- Ability to work the full 11-week duration without interruptions.
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to adapt to new environments.
- An interest in the Grace Manufacturing Leadership Program.
Location & details#
- The program is fully on-site.
- Locations include Columbia and Curtis Bay, Maryland; East Chicago, Indiana; Pasadena, Texas; Baton Rouge, Lake Charles, and Norco, Louisiana; and South Haven, Michigan.
- This is a paid hourly position that includes a $3,000 stipend.
