About the role#
This internship provides students the opportunity to apply academic knowledge in a customer-facing environment at the Volvo Trucks Customer Experience Center. You will work on practical projects and support the operations of the center. This role focuses on the execution and operation side of the business, requiring you to work across multiple disciplines to ensure a high-quality customer experience.
What you'll do#
- Manage daily Customer Center operations, including building and property management.
- Oversee the customer experience track and maintain interactive assets for display.
- Coordinate with in-house and third-party vendors.
- Perform customer-facing interactions and participate in operations management.
- Present the results of your assigned projects and the benefits gained to upper-level management.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in an accredited academic program pursuing a degree in Property Management, Hotel and Tourism Management, Business Management, or a related field.
- Completed at least 30 semester hours of undergraduate studies.
- A cumulative GPA of at least 2.75/4.0.
- Proficiency in Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong writing, communication, and presentation skills.
- High attention to detail, flexibility, and reliability.
