About the role#
The Velera Summer Internship is a 10-week program designed to provide students with hands-on experience in the financial services industry. You will work on projects that support real business objectives while developing your professional skills. The program runs from June 7 to August 13, 2027.

- Gain exposure to the credit union and financial services industry.
- Collaborate with professionals and leaders across the organization.
- Participate in professional development sessions and networking opportunities.
- Present your work and key learnings at the end of the program.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited undergraduate or graduate degree program (rising juniors, seniors, and graduate students preferred).
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt, learn quickly, and collaborate effectively.
- Interest in financial services, technology, and the credit union movement.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, remote position.
- The internship is paid at a rate of $21.00 to $22.00 per hour, depending on experience and job-related factors.
