About the role#
This is a paid, full-time internship for Summer 2027 based in Alpharetta, Georgia. You will join the team for a 10-week program running from June through August. This role is on-site.
What you'll do#
- Work with current customers to renew their contracts.
- Reach out to expired accounts to win them back.
- Manage team inboxes.
- Shadow Customer Success Specialists to learn the business.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services.
What you'll need#
- You are a rising Junior or Senior pursuing a Bachelor's degree at an accredited university.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office.
- A detail-oriented mindset and a willingness to learn about technology.
- Ability to work independently with limited direction.
- A high-energy, motivated approach to your work.
