About the role#
As a Data Migration Intern, you will assist with the transfer of client data from legacy systems to the Vantaca platform. You will help map, clean, and validate data to ensure accuracy and consistency throughout the migration process. This role provides hands-on experience with data transformation and client-facing projects within a software environment.
What you'll do#
- Assist in migrating and reconciling client financial data, such as bank transactions and statements.
- Map financial data from client legacy systems to the Vantaca ERP platform.
- Document each step of the migration and reconciliation process to ensure transparency.
- Develop process workflows and checklists to standardize data migration procedures.
- Create Excel reports to track and verify data integrity across financial categories.
- Provide internal teams with insights and reports on data accuracy and reconciliation status.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a degree program for Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Ability to manage financial data accurately and efficiently.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and team building skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
