About the role#
The Product Analyst Intern supports the Supply Chain Technology team. This role provides an opportunity to apply academic training to real-world business challenges within the food distribution industry. Interns work under supervision to gain practical experience with product analytics and business processes.
What you'll do#
- Interact with product owners, managers, and business users to identify product enhancement opportunities.
- Create requirements documentation and user stories to outline processes and specifications.
- Participate in daily and weekly Agile team meetings.
- Work with the development team to translate requirements into technical designs.
- Collaborate with the testing team to verify that requirements are implemented correctly and help troubleshoot issues.
- Assist in planning the deployment of new tools.
- Develop wireframe designs in coordination with the user experience lead.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor or Master degree program in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience with business process optimization or gathering business requirements.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
- Exposure to the software development lifecycle and Agile methodology is preferred.

- Location: Rosemont, Illinois.
- Work Modality: Hybrid (a combination of onsite and remote work).
- Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week) during the summer months.
- Terms: Summer 2026, Summer 2027, or Summer 2028.
- This is a paid internship.
