About the role#
The Office of Information Security is seeking a co-op student for the Summer 2026 term. This is a full-time, paid position based on-site in Cincinnati, Ohio. We are looking for students from majors including Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, and Public Health who are eager to contribute to our information security operations.
What you'll do#
- Assist the team in conducting security audits.
- Support ongoing information security initiatives across the department.
- Collaborate with various IT teams to maintain system integrity.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of security policies.
- Participate in the planning and delivery of security training and awareness programs.
What you'll need#
- Prior experience in information security.
- Strong research skills to support security projects.
- A commitment to student success and a desire to contribute positively to the university community.
