    About the role#

    This is a paid, full-time co-op position for the 2026 Early IT Summer Camp. Teaching assistants support lead instructors in delivering educational content and managing the classroom environment for students.

    What you'll do#

    • Teach basic IT concepts to students and facilitate group discussions.
    • Assist lead instructors with lesson planning, preparation, and the setup of technological equipment.
    • Provide support to students during hands-on activities and maintain classroom materials.
    • Manage classroom behavior and organize learning resources.
    • Document student progress, evaluate performance, and provide feedback.
    • Coordinate with fellow teaching assistants to ensure smooth daily operations.

    What you'll need#

    • Enrollment in a degree program related to Computer Science, Mathematics, Communications, Psychology, or Business Administration.
    • Ability to work effectively in a team-based educational setting.
    • Strong organizational skills to manage materials and classroom activities.
