About the role#
The Pathways Discover Internship Program is a 10-day experience held during the U.S. Open Championship in Pebble Beach, California. The program introduces college and graduate students to various career paths within the business of golf. This is an unpaid, full-time internship running from June 11 to June 21, 2027. The USGA provides a stipend, travel, and room and board for participants.

What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an undergraduate program (rising sophomore or above) or a graduate program at an accredited institution.
- Maturity, dependability, integrity, and a strong initiative to learn.
- Ability to work well in a team environment that values respect, diverse perspectives, and constructive feedback.
- A strong interest in working in sports is preferred, though no prior golf experience is required.
