About the role#
The Continuous Improvement Analyst Co-Op works with the Continuous Improvement Team to provide analytic support and project management for operational improvements across our facilities. This is a full-time, paid position based in our Camden office. You will assist in daily activities, research project financial justifications, and support new technology implementation.
What you'll do#
- Collect and analyze data to identify process inefficiencies.
- Conduct best practice facility audits and drive productivity through internal KPIs.
- Perform financial analysis on new technology and define automation characteristics for customer projects.
- Create training documentation and provide in-person training to staff.
- Bridge communication between system programmers and warehouse management.
- Lead the research and implementation of advanced warehouse optimization tools.
What you'll need#
- A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a similar field.
- Experience with Tableau or Power BI.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Access and SQL.
- Familiarity with warehouse technology and warehouse management systems.
- Ability to engage and communicate effectively with facility management and executive leadership.
- Ability to work in a cold environment and walk for extended periods.
