About the role#
This internship offers the chance to work on live client engagements as part of our 2027 Summer Internship Program. You will gain hands-on consulting experience while working alongside senior consultants and design leaders. This is a full-time, 8-week program designed to provide real-world experience in a professional consulting environment.
What you'll do#
- Contribute to live client design work, including wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Support user research and usability testing by preparing sessions, synthesizing findings, and creating design recommendations.
- Partner with engineers to ensure designs are buildable and help maintain design systems and component libraries.
- Present design rationale to project teams and client stakeholders.
- Iterate on feedback and research emerging technologies and best practices to apply in a professional setting.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, Graphic or Visual Design, UX Research, Service Design, or a related field.
- A portfolio showcasing your user-centered design process through coursework, personal projects, or professional experience.
- Working knowledge of Figma or a comparable design tool.
- Understanding of core UI/UX principles such as information architecture, responsive design, and accessibility.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset.
- Ability to work full-time for the duration of the 8-week summer program.
