About the role#
This is a 10-week, part-time internship within the Clinical Innovation and Research team. You will lead an end-to-end research project using existing clinical data. The primary objective is to design, execute, and submit one research manuscript for peer review by the end of the program. You will gain exposure to how research informs clinical care models and business strategy through team meetings and collaboration.
What you'll do#
- Design and execute a specific research study aligned with clinical and business goals.
- Apply both quantitative and qualitative methodology to answer research questions.
- Synthesize findings and draft a manuscript for submission to a peer-reviewed journal.
- Attend cross-functional meetings and engage with internal stakeholders.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a doctoral or master's program in Clinical Psychology or a closely related behavioral health discipline.
- Strong quantitative skills and proficiency in statistical methodology.
- Experience designing, collecting, and analyzing qualitative data.
- Excellent written, verbal, and academic writing skills.
- Familiarity with AI clinical tools is a plus.

- This role is remote and based in the United States.
- The position is part-time and paid at a rate of $25-30 per hour.
- The internship term is on a rolling basis.
