About the role#
As an Equity Trader Intern, you will spend six weeks learning about the markets and our proprietary technology. You will develop an understanding of US, Canadian, and OTC equity markets, as well as the US options market. You will practice risk assessment and decision-making by placing simulated buy and sell orders on our keyboard-based trading platform. Interns who perform well may receive offers for full-time roles after graduation.
What you'll do#
- Research market microstructure patterns to identify inefficiencies.
- Collaborate on daily trade reviews.
- Follow industry and overall market news.
- Work closely with a dedicated mentor.
- Participate in group meetings and attend educational seminars on proprietary trading tools.
What you'll need#
- Rising senior status with a graduation date in Spring 2028.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher.
- Demonstrated academic achievement through extracurricular activities or group projects.
- A strong interest in financial markets.
- An analytical mindset and intellectual curiosity.
- Pursuing a degree in Economics, Mathematics, Finance, or Business Administration.

- Compensation: This is a paid internship at $1,000 per week gross.
