About the role#
The TOTE Internship Program offers a paid summer opportunity to gain experience in maritime transportation. You will work on assignments that impact our business operations. This program serves as a pipeline for our rotational TOTE Development Program for high-performing interns.
What you'll do#
You will work in a variety of functional areas based on your skills and business needs. These areas include:
- Operations
- Logistics
- Finance
- Safety
- Commercial Sales
- Customer Service Excellence
- Human Resources
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program for Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Finance, Business Analytics, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Expected graduation date between December 2027 and December 2028.
- Prior work experience, such as previous internships or volunteer roles.
- Demonstrated leadership skills through projects or extracurricular activities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing timelines and manage ambiguity.
- Willingness to travel and mobility, as this role is a pipeline to our development program.
- Indefinite right to work in the United States.
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background investigation.
